Description

The Microsoft Global Workplace Services (GWS) team provides real estate transaction prowess, portfolio strategy and planning, capital investment management, workplace strategy and facility operations for Microsoft’s corporate office portfolio globally. The Portfolio Strategy and Planning team in GWS is seeking an experienced portfolio planner to be responsible for strategically planning, analyzing and optimizing the portfolio of assigned business groups in the Puget Sound, Microsoft’s Headquarters. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate within Microsoft’s Global Workplace Services (GWS) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our corporate real estate portfolio. You will partner with internal business groups to understand their business objectives and needs to deliver innovative, data-driven space solutions, while balancing the alignment with Microsoft’s real estate strategic goals to drive operational excellence and elevate the employee experience.
