We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Manager who’s as comfortable analyzing a P&L as they are engaging with residents and on-site teams. In this role, you’ll take the lead on driving financial performance across a diverse portfolio of residential communities—making strategic decisions that directly impact NOI, occupancy, and long-term asset value.
At the same time, you’ll be a key relationship builder—mentoring team members, elevating the resident experience, and ensuring every community under your leadership thrives operationally and culturally.
This is a high-impact role for a thoughtful, numbers-savvy leader who understands that great real estate is both a business and a community.

RESIDENT EXPERIENCE & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

• Champion resident satisfaction and retention by creating proactive, service-oriented environments
• Guide site teams in resolving tenant concerns and service requests with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain high-touch oversight of retention metrics, community reputation, and engagement efforts
