As a Senior Portfolio Revenue Manager, you will take IHG Hotels & Resorts’ revenue strategy to the next level by driving commercial performance across a diverse portfolio of hotels.
In this high-impact role, you’ll not only shape pricing and inventory strategies but also influence wider business decisions, mentor Portfolio Revenue Managers, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise revenue across multiple markets. This position blends strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and commercial acumen to maximise profitability at scale.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 7+ years’ progressive experience in financial or strategic planning, revenue management, or pricing, with proficiency across multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes, preferably within the hotel industry or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of revenue management principles, effective hotel pricing concepts, yield management optimisation, and selling strategies.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and understand the impact on IHG’s goals and bottom line.
• Excellent leadership, team building, interpersonal, and coaching abilities.
