By transforming customer engagement, you will contribute to reshaping healthcare solutions for a better future. \n Accountabilities Develop and lead portfolio-level marketing strategy and brand management. Define and maintain integrated portfolio value propositions and core messaging. Partner with product marketing teams to align product strategies with portfolio narratives. Create customer-facing portfolio tools and tailored content. Lead development of economic and outcomes-based storytelling. Support strategic account engagements with cross-product discussions. Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent portfolio value messaging. Identify opportunities to strengthen portfolio differentiation. Provide marketing management for all Cardiopulmonary service products. Build relationships with key opinion leaders to influence strategy. Track and analyze market trends to guide organizational focus. Measure the impact of initiatives and recommend improvements. Requirements Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority. Strong connector across teams and consistent messaging. Experience in translating complex concepts into compelling narratives. Ability to work remotely with diverse teams. Willingness to travel domestically (~25-30%) and internationally. Understanding of scientific facts and cohesive communication. Strong analytical and financial skills.
