  Job Summary
  Our client is a leading global financial institution deeply committed to delivering innovative data solutions and services on an enterprise scale data transformation project.
  The Senior Power BI Developer will develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI. Collaborate as part of a large cross-functional team to deliver a complete BI solution in a dynamic environment.

About You

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Your Technical Skills

• Ability to translate business requirements and into technical solutions
• Proficient in UI visual design, design principles and data storytelling
• Able to demonstrate Power BI Semantic Modelling using big data and star schemas
• Advanced DAX understanding
• Implementing best practice and data governance standards for Power BI development
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL language
• Optimising report performance using 3rd party tools (e.g. DAX Studios, Tabular Editor etc.)
• Experience in big data platforms or warehouses like Teradata, RedShift

Your Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI

Your Nice to Have

• Tertiary qualifications in Data Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance or similar
• Experience in the Financial Services domain (liquidity domain experience preferred)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with other data tools (e.g. Alteryx, Dataiku)
