Description

As a Senior Power Platform and Copilot Developer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Power Platform CoE Lead, you will contribute to cutting-edge solutions that shape the company’s delivery of value to our clients and our people. Responsibilities: Design applications or services within the organization using Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, AI Builder, Dataverse, Power Platform Connectors Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on defined specifications Perform code reviews and provide peer coaching/guidance to other team members Collaborate with teams of developers across multiple regions Actively participate in team stand-ups Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed client's quality criteria Proactively assist in assessing technology solutions Contribute to the continuous improvement of our application development lifecycle Continuously improve internal development and design techniques and keep documentation up to date Support and oversee intermediate developers Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field Microsoft Power Platform Development Certifications Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Agents Toolkit for building scalable production grade agentic solutions Minimum 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio solutions and 2–3 years developing Power Automate and/or Power Apps solutions Experience with service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures Proficiency with RDBMS (MS SQL, Dataverse) Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project and defect tracking tools Understanding of UX principles: user stories, personas, and prototyping Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (ADO or Git), and API-based integrations Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
