QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer, Information Technology or a related field is a must
  • Must have Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) and Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and RPA tools
  • Display hands-on experience in application-to-application integration with the ability to seamlessly connect systems and optimize workflow efficiency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and related technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges
  • Experience in facilitating design thinking sessions is an asset
  • Background as a Business System Analyst (BSA) is a valuable asset
  • Curiosity and awareness of emerging digital trends
  • English is required; French is an asset but not required

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Power Platform Developer and become a key player in Business Unit North America’s digital transformation journey. You will lead the design and development of innovative solutions using MS Power Platform to support and optimize our business functions. Working closely with the Digital Transformation team and internal stakeholders across Canada, the USA, and the Netherlands, you will spearhead the implementation of enterprise-level solutions that streamline business processes and drive organizational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solution Architecture: Architect and build high-quality, scalable, and secure applications on the Power Platform
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), alongside RPA technologies to enable smart data capture and workflow automation
  • AI Integration: Integrate AI capabilities with Power Virtual Agents to enhance user experience and provide intelligent support
  • Effectively manage project timelines and resources to optimize efficiency and delivery outcomes
  • Collaborate with IT and internal teams in Finance, Operations, Quality, HSE and HR to design and develop enterprise-level solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Power BI to create insightful analytics and reports for data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience team on those business optimization projects that touch customer interfacing
  • Develop and maintain digital operation standards and best practices, along with proper documentation for handover to functional teams
  • Mentor team members on the MS Power Platform – fostering a culture of increased digital literacy
  • Stay abreast of Microsoft’s latest developments or releases made available through the MS Power Platform to identify opportunities
