The role involves building scalable copilots that integrate seamlessly with business systems and enhance user experience through optimized conversational flows. You will work closely with stakeholders and clients, contributing to solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement within modern Power Platform ecosystems. Main responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain conversational solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio Create and manage topics, entities, dialog flows, and conversational logic Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse Integrate copilots with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms Implement AI-driven capabilities and continuously optimize conversational UX Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing copilots based on analytics and user feedback Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform security, governance, and best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Work independently in client-facing environments, contributing to solution design and delivery Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
