Oran Inc. is seeking an experienced PowerApps DevOps Administrator to support mission-critical applications within a DoD environment. This individual will be responsible for the administration, DevOps processes, security compliance, and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD implementation, Power Platform governance, and experience operating within DoD or similar highly regulated federal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Power Platform Environments (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for deploying Power Platform solutions across dev, test, and production environments.
  • Implement and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices.
  • Support integration with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and other M365 services.
  • Manage data gateways, API connectors, and custom connectors, ensuring compliance with DoD governance standards.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity regulations, including STIGs, RMF, and DLP policies.
  • Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployments and troubleshoot environment-level issues.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to internal teams and federal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance or higher .
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform administration and DevOps practices.
  • Experience building and managing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for PowerApps and Power Automate deployments.
  • Knowledge of DoD365-J, GCC High, or similar secure Office 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks (STIGs, RMF, FISMA).
  • Experience managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and Power Platform tenant settings.

  • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
  • PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
  • AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert)
  • Experience with Power BI, custom connectors, and API integration.
  • Experience supporting federal clients and mission-critical systems in classified environments.
