In this role as a Senior PR & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will take on a hands-on, high-ownership position within Bugaboo’s global brand team. You will lead PR and influencer marketing during a period filled with major product launches, driving both strategy and execution across agency partnerships, press relations, events, product seeding, and creator content. What will you do PR Own the PR workstream for a high-priority Q4 product launch — coordinating agencies, press, event, and seeding across global and local stakeholders Manage local teams and agencies to land Corporate PR stories in international media Write press releases and build press kits for major Q3/Q4 launches, ensuring on-time, complete delivery to local market teams Develop launch PR strategies and pitching guidelines for local teams and agencies to execute in market Coordinate PR reporting across markets and track performance of key activities using measurement tools Serve as press liaison, coordinating media interviews with official Bugaboo spokespeople Influencer Marketing Lead all seeding initiatives – from local market coordination to global executions with celebrities, KOLs, and influencers Create influencer briefs for local markets and global creators to execute Guide content creation with global influencers and KOLs in close collaboration with the social media team Brand Communications Execute against an established global communications strategy and ensure consistent adoption across local markets Contribute a comms perspective to global brand calendar and budget planning for 2027 What you will bring to the table Proven experience in PR and influencer marketing within a premium consumer brand or agency environment Confident managing agencies and coordinating across global markets Strong comms strategy perspective to develop briefs, PR & Influencer guidelines and press releases Comfortable owning a global comms launch end-to-end with multiple moving parts Based in or able to relocate to Amsterdam for the contract period What we offer An enthusiastic team of friendly, driven colleagues with love for our mission and brand; An inspirational, inclusive, fast-growing international work environment in which you can make a difference and develop yourself further; Access to OpenUp (wellness hub) - monthly wellbeing webinars, individual coaching and an Employee Assistance Program with free access to Mental Health Professionals for when times are tough; Holiday swap (you are free to exchange a public holiday for another day that is more important to you); Bicycle lease plan - a monthly contribution up to EUR 50 to support you in leasing a bicycle; Eligible to participate in Bugaboo’s bonus plan; Flexible and hybrid working and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world 8 weeks of the year; Day off on your Birthday & Day off for volunteering activities: 25 holiday days per calendar year and an additional day for every year of service (up to 5 years); Commuting reimbursement (Bugaboo refunds 100% of the public transport costs or 0,21 EUR per km travelling by car/bike/scooter-motor) .
