We are currently seeking a Senior PR lead to join our European communications team, manage the Services PR team, lead and drive strategy, planning and execution of Apple’s PR initiatives for its services - including Apple Music, App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple News, Apple Podcasts and Books - for Europe.

DESCRIPTION

This role will help devise and execute global communications initiatives that resonate with a European audience. Responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution of PR initiatives aiming at driving understanding and increasing visibility of Apple’s Services offering, as well as articulating the value proposition of these services. The successful candidate will help manage media activities in this region, collaborate with local Apple TV+ publicity leadership to craft integrated product and services storytelling, and find ways to leverage our services to improve local relevance and connection with local culture. This role will lead a team of people responsible for Services PR across Europe and work closely with a broader network of PR managers across Europe.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• You have extensive experience in media relations and working with content creators, and a deep understanding of how people consume news and create opinions across social and traditional media.
• You have excellent written and verbal communications skills and detailed project management skills.
• You’re able to work with ambiguity and on complex topics, skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.

• You are passionate about consumer technology, entertainment, culture, and enjoy building formal and informal relationship networks with people of diverse backgrounds.
• You have strong people management and influencing skills.
• You are a self-starter who is dedicated and demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities.
