Responsibilities
  • Monitor and provide support for our time and billing system modules, which includes time entry, expense entry, billing, and reporting
  • Provide support on tasks and tickets, which may include credit notes, system issues, access issues, difficulties completing changes etc.
  • Provide training and feedback on best practices to individuals in the firm
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and ultimately improve the customer experience
  • Contribute and support continuous process improvement ideas
  • Work independently and within a team environment to ensure service metrics are achieved
  • Assist with reporting and billing needs
  • Complete system testing to ensure system functions as expected
  • Support projects as required
