This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily nursing operations, mentor colleagues, and contribute to service development while maintaining your own clinical practice. Working closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and external partners, you will play a pivotal role in delivering preventative healthcare, health promotion, and treatment services in a community health setting. Key responsibilities Lead, supervise and support the Clinic and Community Nursing Team Deliver a range of clinical services including immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, and health assessments Drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy and procedure development Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure coordinated care Support health promotion and education activities within the community About you To succeed in this role, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) At least 5 years post-graduate nursing experience, ideally in a community or primary health setting Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience Knowledge of community health principles and a strong commitment to health equity Clinical expertise in areas such as immunisation, chronic disease management, infection control, and emergency response Ability to work effectively with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and those with complex health needs Why join us?
