If you do, then you could find working as a Senior Practitioner in our Community Learning Disability and Transitions Team really rewarding.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join East Sussex County Council’s Learning Disability and Transitions Service. Our staff in this Service work with adults with learning disabilities, their families and carers, and contribute to making a positive impact to their lives.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will provide advice and guidance to our staff, through daily support and regular supervision. An essential part of the role focuses on the development of our workforce, through identifying training and opportunities. You will also work closely with our health colleagues and key partner agencies, and oversee enquiries relating to Safeguarding.
