Description
  1. Provide nursing and clinical leadership and supervision, support and consultation to MDT staff in the Early Intervention Team, in line with clinical pathways and the standard operating procedure.2. Undertake liaison and develop effective working relationships with GMMH and statutory and non-statutory partners.3. To maintain own clinical and professional competence.4.
    To participate in the service Bronze on Call/Bronze on Site rota.5. Deputise for the Team Manager in his/her absence and take on any delegated duties as required.6. Manage and evaluate a caseload in line with relevant clinical pathway as outlined within the operational procedure and will include: - Assessment Formulation Therapeutic intervention as required Signposting Close working with all colleagues Being responsible for a complex caseload7. To ensure services users under the EIT receive a high standard of physical healthcare
