YOUR ROLE

The Senior Practitioner role is responsible for delivering high-quality interpreting services to the courts, while also leading quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives for interpreters.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced interpreter looking to step into a leadership role and help shape professional standards and support the quality of interpreting services within the justice system.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As part of the Language Services team at Multicultural NSW, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, efficient interpreting services are delivered within the court system.
You’ll contribute to the daily coordination and continuous improvement of interpreting services by supporting court staff, mentoring interpreters, and leading performance monitoring and feedback processes.
You will also monitor adherence to professional standards, coordinate equipment, and act as a liaison between court staff and the MNSW Customer Service & Support team.
