Responsibilities - Own and drive pre-sales activities for the Philippines market. - Support Sales teams with solutioning, product demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses. - Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, and Implementation teams. - Understand customer requirements and align them with the product’s value proposition. - Lead technical and functional discussions with clients, including HR, L&D, and IT stakeholders. - Support go/no-go decisions and help shape winning deal strategies. Must Have - Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or RFP/Proposal roles. - Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in HRTech, LMS/LXP, EdTech, or Enterprise SaaS. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to clients. - Comfortable working with Sales teams and customer-facing stakeholders. - Based in the Philippines, with local market and language understanding. - Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment. Nice to Have - Experience with Learning Tech, HR Tech, or L&D platforms. - Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales cycles. - Technical or techno-functional understanding of SaaS products. - Prior experience handling bidding portals, tenders, or structured RFPs. - Regional APAC exposure. Team / Culture - Collaborative, fast-paced, and execution-driven environment. - Strong partnership between Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams. - Values initiative, accountability, and clear communication. - Works closely with the Philippines Sales team. - Reports to a Global Pre-Sales Leader. Location / Work Regime - Based in BGC Manila, Philippines. - Hybrid work arrangement (1 day from home).
Responsibilities
