COLLABORATION & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

  • Work closely with the professional services and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
  • Assist in developing standardized solutions, frameworks, and best practices for delivering IT-managed services.
  • Provide internal training and mentoring to sales and technical teams on new technologies, service offerings, and solution positioning.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architect, or senior technical consultant role within an IT Managed Services environment.
  • Proven experience in designing and positioning solutions in one or more of the following areas:
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure (Modern Workplace, Security, Cloud Infrastructure)
  • Cybersecurity (Fortinet, Cisco, Next-Gen Firewalls, Zero Trust Security)
  • Networking (Juniper, Cisco, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi Solutions)
  • Cloud Infrastructure(Azure, VMware, Hyper-V)


    • Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam, Datto, Microsoft Backup Solutions)

    • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Experience in developing technical proposals, responding to RFPs, and presenting solutions to clients.
    • Familiarity with public sector procurement (eTenders, OGP) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of ITIL, NIST, ISO27001, or other IT governance frameworks is desirable.

    • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and technical delivery teams to design and position IT solutions that meet the needs of our SME, enterprise, and public sector customers. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong consultative skills, and the ability to communicate complex IT solutions in a clear and compelling way.
    The ideal candidate will have experience in managed IT services, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and digital transformation technologies.
