Description

The Senior Preaching & Guidance Executive is responsible for delivering preaching and guidance programs, providing religious programs and activities that support the treatment program, offering advice and counseling to patients and their families, and collaborating with the treatment team to provide the necessary support for therapy

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the department’s religious programs by participating in conferences and seminars.
  • Delivering preaching and guidance programs as part of the daily therapeutic program provided in the clinics.
  • Providing the necessary spiritual therapeutic support to patients through individual sessions and offering advice and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Collaborating with the treatment team to provide support to patients when needed.
  • Delivering a daily preaching speech program, which serves as an educational religious program supporting therapeutic efforts.
  • Conducting Quran memorization sessions for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Leading prayers with patients in the inpatient clinic.
  • Preparing departmental reports, including group therapy reports and other departmental activities.
  • Collaborating with the medical treatment team regarding patient conditions as needed and developing religious therapeutic programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Contributing and proposing appropriate post-treatment programs to help patients maintain their religious commitment.
  • Participating in community awareness events and programs to spread awareness about the dangers of addiction and ways to prevent it, in cooperation with the relevant organizational unit.
  • Assisting in reviewing religious practices and methods for application in patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Sharia, Islamic Studies, or a related field.
5 years of experience in the same field.
