POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts for various commercial, industrial, and civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the project lifecycle, ensuring that all phases of planning, budgeting, and scheduling are meticulously crafted to meet our client’s needs and expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in preconstruction management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and civil construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing preconstruction processes for large-scale projects.
• Bonus points for (not required): knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, particularly in wastewater and water treatment projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in preconstruction software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Lead the preconstruction phase for multiple projects across commercial, industrial, and civil sectors.
