SALES SOLUTION CONSULTANT – LENDING

Location:Singapore or Hong Kong
EC1 Partners is representing a global FinTech leader in the search for a Sales Solution Consultant to support the growth of its lending technology solutions across the APAC region. This role is critical to the success of the sales process, providing technical expertise, solution design, and industry insight throughout the sales cycle.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of experience in presales, business consulting, or commercial lending technology
  • In-depth knowledge of credit origination, loan servicing, syndicated lending, and credit assessment
  • Hands-on experience across the commercial lending lifecycle
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to design technical solutions that integrate within complex IT environments
  • Proven ability to support sales teams and engage with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with competitor products in the lending space
  • Creative and consultative mindset with a client-first approach

Responsibilities
  • Support sales strategy and position the lending solution competitively in the market
  • Understand client business requirements to assess solution fit and identify gaps
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations to business and executive stakeholders
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and support proof of concepts in a professional and timely manner
  • Drive go-to-market initiatives and define new solution offerings to generate growth
  • Design end-to-end solution architecture, including integration and customisation
  • Act as a subject matter expert, staying informed on lending industry trends, challenges, and regulations
  • Collaborate with global presales, product, and professional services teams
  • Support scoping sessions and ensure seamless handover to implementation teams
