  • Customer Consulting & Requirements Analysis
  • Engage directly with stakeholders from Finance, HR, and IT to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives.
  • Define clear requirements and test cases based on customer needs.
  • Build trust through in-depth consulting, establishing yourself as a valued advisor.
  • Solution Development & Presentation
  • Design innovative solution concepts that align with customer requirements, processes, and our technology.
  • Develop prototypes to illustrate these concepts and present them in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Address follow-up questions with flexibility and structure discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop persuasive concepts, presentations, and prototypes.
  • Clearly communicate the value of our solutions and inspire diverse stakeholder groups to choose Yokoy.
  • Industry & Product Expertise
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in accounting, controlling, industry trends, and technological innovations.
  • Leverage your deep functional and technical understanding of our solution to address customer needs and highlight additional value.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Serve as a key interface between sales, product development, marketing, and implementation teams.
  • Actively share insights to keep your team informed and ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and implementation.
  • Internal Process Optimization & Knowledge Management
  • Contribute your expertise in spend management to internal projects, helping to refine processes and methodologies.
  • Develop standardized documents and models that support both the presales team and other departments.
  • ️ What you’ll need:
  • Expertise & Experience
  • Proven experience in customer consulting for software solutions, ideally in presales or sales within the German market.
  • Experience in accounting and/or payroll, preferably in a mid-sized or large company (100+ employees) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of programming (low-code or full-stack) is a plus.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and a proactive approach to integrating them into your work.
  • Customer-Centric Approach
  • Highly customer-focused, with the ability to identify, understand, and document individual client needs in clear, structured requirements.
  • Communication & Language Skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, allowing you to clearly explain complex technical concepts and effectively demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
