️ What you’ll need:
Expertise & Experience
Proven experience in customer consulting for software solutions, ideally in presales or sales within the German market.
Experience in accounting and/or payroll, preferably in a mid-sized or large company (100+ employees) is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and relevant technologies.
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of programming (low-code or full-stack) is a plus.
Strong interest in emerging technologies and a proactive approach to integrating them into your work.
Customer-Centric Approach
Highly customer-focused, with the ability to identify, understand, and document individual client needs in clear, structured requirements.
Communication & Language Skills
