Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This outstanding opportunity lets you play a pivotal role in crafting the financial strategies of our Total Retirement Suite. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will use your proven expertise to perform accurate financial analysis, prepare competitive fee quotes, and evaluate investment solutions that support our ambitious asset management strategy. Key Responsibilities Perform financial analysis for WSRS initiatives, including sales and compensation reporting, new business revenue, and asset capture. Leverage large amounts of data to prepare and communicate a variety of financial reports to team, leaders, and business partners. Prepare fee quotes for assigned sales and service team areas or individuals, ensuring competitiveness and value. Review a prospect/client's present investment selection and suggest options to back our asset management plan. Analyze the competitiveness of our fee quote and service package to consult with field partners and leaders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years of financial retirement plan experience in operations, customer care, administrative, or similar roles. Knowledge of retirement plan and products, including investments, plan development, and services, laws & regulations, industry standards, and the competitive environment. Experience with Excel and Salesforce. Strong communication skills. Time management and ability to multi-task. Provide timely, courteous, and excellent service to all customers.
