About the role In this position, you will be responsible for all the China pricing related work. You will lead the annual price adjustment process to ensure that list prices and pricing tools are developed to allow smooth transition for internal & external customers. You can find the opportunity to be a critical participant to support business profitable growth by applying different price strategy for the different product lifecycle, sharing your business analysis and insights with the business leaders and drive the change by collaborating with cross functional teams. And you will also be expected to assist the regional manager on the various initiatives to improve the margin, optimize the process and ensure pricing compliance with MSA values and legal requirements. Responsibilities Responsible for List price set up, alignment and annual list price adjustment Lead yearly price adjustment process to ensure that list prices and pricing tools are developed to allow smooth transition for internal & external customers. Ensure customer price and discount management is done according to pricing policies and guidelines Support business profitable growth with daily work on VGP (volume growth program), annual framework as well as SPR (special price request) Aide the business with professional pricing strategic expertise to enhance price realization. Identify & apply different pricing strategies throughout the whole product lifecycle (skim, neutral, penetration, etc) Provide business data, analysis and reporting insights on a regular basis Assist pricing initiatives and special projects to improve margin. Support audit samples and other pricing activities. Ensure pricing compliance with MSA values and legal requirements Qualifications Degree holder in Engineer/Marketing/Business Management /Accounting or its equivalent discipline, with more than 5 years working experience. Value-selling pricing mindset, experience in applying product/brand positioning and customer tiering to pricing strategies Proven good problem-solving skills, collaboration with different functions on price policy implementation Experience in different type of business, including key account price management, project business support and wholesale business Experience in applying production cost trends to align pricing Operates independently, demonstrate resilience and thrives in uncertainty and fast-paced working environment Proficient in MS Excel and SAP(Preferred) experience, experience in Power BI is preferred Language proficiency in English #LI-RD1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-Remote
