That’s the power of plus. Job Description We are seeking a results-driven (Senior) Pricing Manager to execute end-to-end pricing initiatives for Own Brands across all zooplus markets. In this role, you will set the vision for pricing excellence, partnering with local and central teams to elevate customer experience, strengthen price perception, and ensure flawless execution of pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability. What you will own You will own and drive pricing execution for zooplus Own Brands across all zooplus shops. Define and execute end-to-end pricing strategies for Own Brand from central steering to market-level execution. Develop and evolve robust, scalable pricing frameworks and price architectures aligned with brand positioning, customer strategy, and business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams (Brand Management, Sales, Marketing, Promotions) by aligning pricing execution with broader commercial strategies. Synthesize complex pricing intelligence, test results, and performance data into executive-ready narratives and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. Design and drive strategic pricing experiments and A/B tests to validate and optimize pricing approaches. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by defining guidelines and policies, streamlining workflows, and building paths toward automation and scalability. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior pricing managers, fostering skill development and supporting professional growth. Qualifications We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Pricing Manager who thinks strategically, experiments confidently, and challenges the status quo to directly drive profitability and market share for zooplus Own Brands. Experience in revenue management, brand management or analytics, ideally in multi-market context. Strong knowledge of brand strategy, customer value perception, and competitive positioning. Proven ability to translate complex analysis into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. High level of independence, prioritization skills, and structured thinking. Strong communicator with proven ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions Advanced level Excel and SQL Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail; aware that in a high-impact pricing environment, identifying small inconsistencies before they go live is critical. Proactive and ownership-driven working style. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a strong team environment. Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required Your background might include Experience in FMCG or e-commerce strategy with private label brands in the pet sector. Strong market and customer insight, with demonstrated experience using customer research and data to inform pricing and commercial decisions. Proficiency in pricing tools and performance reporting systems. Fluency in German and /or Spanish fluency are a plus.
