Job Description We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Regional Pricing Manager to drive pricing excellence across markets. In this role, you will ensure effective implementation of pricing strategies that support sales and margin performance, while aligning with shop-level goals and market conditions. Responsibilities: Translate sales and margin goals into effective regional pricing parameters Approve pricing recommendations and monitor pricing performance Analyze market conditions and competitor pricing to inform strategy Provide data-driven insights through regular pricing reports Track and improve Price Perception across markets Conduct pricing tests and evaluate impact on customer behavior and KPIs Address pricing issues and bugs across countries Apply stock-based pricing to optimize sales and inventory levels Align promotional pricing with local Campaign and Online Marketing teams Drive CMT linking and support regional leadership on pricing matters Qualifications Proven experience in pricing strategy and analytics, ideally in a regional or multi-market context. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive pricing. Solid experience in performance reporting and data interpretation to guide commercial decisions. Familiarity with stock-based pricing methods and promotional planning. Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Category Management, and regional stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Basic to Intermediate level of SQL would be a plus. Proficiency in tools and systems for pricing analysis and reporting. Strong communication skills and ability to influence both local and central stakeholders.
