Job Description About the role: As a Senior Pricing Manager, you own the end-to-end pricing process for your assigned market. Your mission is to maximize revenue and contribution margin by driving data-driven pricing strategies in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You combine hands-on analytical execution with strategic ownership of pricing decisions, tackling complex business challenges and high-impact topics. Acting as a senior expert, you influence commercial outcomes through close collaboration with Country Management, Category Management and Data teams. Beyond day-to-day pricing, you contribute to the continuous evolution of pricing frameworks, tools, and pricing capabilities. You play a key role in shaping best practices within the team and elevating pricing performance across the organization. Qualifications About your tasks: Own pricing performance for your assigned market, driving revenue and contribution margin improvements Develop, optimize and execute pricing strategies in line with overall business goals Monitor and analyze KPIs (revenue, margin, pricing performance), identifying trends and improvement opportunities Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and support decision-making with stakeholders Work with large datasets in Excel and R, collaborating closely with Data Science and Data teams Act as a key interface to Country and Category Management, aligning on pricing measures and priorities Contribute to the further development of pricing tools, processes, and AI-supported solutions About you: You bring several years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data-driven commercial roles You have a strong understanding of how pricing impacts revenue, margin, and business performance You are confident working with Excel (advanced level); experience with R / R Studio is a strong plus You are highly analytical and experienced in working with large datasets to derive actionable insights You are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and support decision-making processes You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, hands-on approach You are fluent in English and open to regular onsite collaboration with your Cologne-based team Additional Information About your benefits: In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family, or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: Sports: Stay healthy.
