• Must have experience in managing Retail Banking’s high complex Regulatory Program and Online Fraud Management Projects.
• Digital Transformation experience in Banking domain is mandatory
• Must have experience in reviewing Java & J2EE code for Retail, Payments projects and support code quality and smooth deployment
• Drive Project Planning, Engineering, Customer, Lead Cross Functional team’s dependencies, Budgeting, Governance, Vendor management
• Ability to interpret tech / functional requirements & discussions to drive the project discussions & dependencies for successful delivery
• Extensive collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering Managers/leads, Customers, Vendors and Cross Functional Tech teams to drive projects.
