Our Workload is 70% design work in the rail industry with the balance in transportation, energy, heavy civil engineering, and structural sectors. Our company aims to provide practical solutions to save money for our clients.

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead design and analysis for major infrastructure projects.
• Development of conceptual designs and producing engineering designs, drawings and reports in accordance with project requirements and ensure technical compliance.
• Provide technical oversight and approval for complex solutions.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure project compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage project teams, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget
• Build strong client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
• Guide and mentor senior engineers, providing technical and managerial support.
• Oversee the financial management and profitability of projects
• Represent the company in industry events and technical publications.
• Attend meetings representing the team as well as representing the company in industry events and technical publications
