ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business or a related field.
• SAFe Agile or Program or Project Management certification(s) is desirable.
• Relevant vendor / technology certification(s) is desirable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Significant experience in a similar role within a related global technology services environment.
• Significant experience working across multiple technology domains.
• Significant project management experience.
• Significant experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the creation and delivery of large and complex technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
• Manages the identification, specification of business solutions and opportunities and translate them into common capabilities for the organization and client scenarios.
• Oversee user support, troubleshooting, design, configuration and escalated problem management.
• Contributed the development of technical training and training programs.
• Managed the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of complexity.
• Performs and manages a technology roadmap that articulates the positioning, capabilities and features for enablement of delivery capability and document and manage the formal plan of record.
• Leads and promotes knowledge sharing of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.
• Advises internal stakeholders of the client’s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.
• Works closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.
• Actively searches for improvements opportunities and ensure compliance to process and policy governance by continuously reviewing processes.
• Performs any other related task as required.
