We have a collegiate and collaborative culture which values equality and diversity, and we take proactive steps to create an inclusive workplace.Our teams take an active part in international infrastructure projects, specializing in transport planning, highways, geotechnics, water, environment, tunnels, and foundations.   Job Location: Noida   Responsibilities: Perform engineering analysis and design with a focus on ports and maritime infrastructure for commercial, industrial, recreational, and government facilities, including fuel/gas, container/ bulk, and cruise/ferry terminal layout and multi-disciplinary design management  Participate in structural and multi-disciplinary design ranging from classical design and finite element, and high-resolution modelling analysis activities for a wide variety of marine projects. Providing analysis, preliminary, and detailed design, and construction phase tender and oversight tasks of ports and maritime facilities  Develop planning and design-level drawings, specifications, and construction documents  Develop technical reports & specifications. Oversee the design of junior engineers and BIM/CAD Modellers. Mentoring of junior engineers Prepare cost estimates on projects during the design phase. Have a strong attention to detail, as well as having a logical but creative approach to problem solving. Problem-solving attitude with a high level of responsibility for assigned tasks and projects. Lead, inspire and motivate people in the team to achieve high levels of performance and excellence. Provide supervision and mentoring, identifying opportunities for professional development and progression along with specific line management responsibilities for designated direct reports.   Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Post-graduate degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with projects related to marine infrastructure and terminal operations for commercial, industrial, and public use facilities  Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills  Working experience within multi-disciplinary projects and teams.  Experience in structural design of marine structures such as bulkheads, marina floats, piers, boat ramps, linkspan, berthing and mooring systems; and/or marine terminal buildings, yards, aprons, etc.    Flexible workingAt Mott MacDonald, we support our staff to create work-life balance which works for them and welcome candidates looking for career flexibility.
