Job Locations: * Seattle, WA (preferred) * Austin, TX * Nasville, TN Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who moves with urgency, quickly understands complex situations, and devises actionable plans to ensure successful and timely program delivery. This role requires up to 50% travel. Key Responsibilities: * Lead fast-paced, cross-functional program teams to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives. * Rapidly assess project situations, identifying issues and opportunities, and quickly develop effective action plans. * Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met. * Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps. * Foster a culture of ownership, adaptability, and accountability within teams. * Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.
