ABOUT THIS CAREER OPPORTUNITY…

We are looking for a Senior / Principal Consultant to join our Climate and Sustainability Portfolio to take on the role of UKIMEA Regional Nature Services Co-Ordinator In this role you will work alongside our Regional Nature Services Director to promoting client development, pursuit planning, work winning and project delivery. You will boost the continued development of the community of practice for nature - related practitioners and work alongside relevant skills networks to promote and facilitate internal and external communication of nature related issues. Half your time will be building the nature work across Arup and the other half being focused on delivering high quality nature guided projects with our clients. Map out existing and potential nature work within UK, including spending time with major clients to comprehended drivers, and opportunities. Working with others to critically review current skills levels, distribution and potential within existing teams. Complete gap exploration of above to inform next steps including reskilling and recruitment. Continue and secure new nature work major projects. Increase market segment in defined target areas (e.g. water, transport, energy transmission, renewable generation) and geographies for priority clients. Work with the communications and marketing teams to raise Arup’s profile in the sector, including presenting nationally and internationally, internally and externally. Work with the Nature Working Group to secure relevant investment for staff training. Contribute to the development of the digital nature offering for our clients.
