QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years of prior relevant experience
• Experience with Missile Defense Systems, radar or other related systems engineering experience
• Experience with customer interfacing
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

QUALIFICATIONS WE VALUE:

• Advanced degree in EE, CE, Physics, Math, ME, Aerospace.
• Detailed Knowledge of Missile Defense systems including radar, interceptor, Command and Control systems
• Experience using MATLAB
• Experience using DOORS
• Experience using C, C++ and Python

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Modeling & Simulation development experience
• Data analysis experience

RESPONSIBILITIES TO ANTICIPATE:

• This individual will perform Systems Engineering activities on one of our many programs which include: Patriot, Air and Missile Defense Capability (AMDC), Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Radar Development Contract (RDC), Standard Missile, and other sensor or effector programs.
• This individual will be responsible for developing requirements, updating and maintaining Interface Description Documents, Software Requirement Specifications, integration and test plans
• They will collaborate with various stakeholders such as customers and engineers from outside of Raytheon
