About the Opportunity We're looking for a Senior or Principal Planner to join our Brisbane team and play a key role in shaping the future of our planning offering. You'll bring your expertise in statutory planning while mentoring others, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of the business. What You'll Be Doing Provide technical leadership in statutory planning across a range of urban and regional planning projects Lead and review planning reports, applications, and proposals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environment, and survey Drive quality, consistency, and best practice across planning deliverables Build and maintain strong client relationships Identify and convert business development opportunities Mentor and support emerging planners within the team About You Degree in Planning or a related discipline 12+ years' experience, ideally within a consulting environment Strong knowledge of Queensland planning legislation and frameworks Proven ability to lead projects and influence outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive, commercially aware, and client-focused mindset Ambition to step into or further develop in a leadership role Why Fyfe?
