  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, especially German, are a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re launching a brand-new post-production team in EMEA. Following our recent acquisition of Cloud DevOps, we’re excited to bring our Power by the Hour model and fresh, boutique approach to the EMEA market. We’re looking for experienced Senior and Principal Workday Consultants to join this dynamic new team remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules based on business needs
  • Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Workday solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Proactively build relationships and networks across clients and internal teams
