Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Print & Packaging Designer to lead and elevate Yepoda’s physical brand expressions – from product packaging to printed brand materials like in-parcel inserts, brochures, flyers, and seasonal gift sets. This role is all about storytelling through touch – making our packaging not only look beautiful but feel premium, intentional, and emotionally resonant.
You’ll work closely with our product, brand, and creative teams to translate campaign concepts and product launches into cohesive, high-impact packaging and printed assets that surprise and delight our customers – online and IRL.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the creative direction for all printed and packaging-related brand touchpoints: primary and secondary product packaging, in-parcel materials, brochures, leaflets, gifting, limited editions, and special collabs
  • Develop original concepts for product launches and brand campaigns – from moodboard to final print-ready files
  • Own the full packaging design process, including dielines, prototyping, and liaising with external suppliers to ensure excellent production quality
  • Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to bring feasible and functional packaging ideas to life without compromising on aesthetics
  • Elevate Yepoda’s packaging experience to be both sensorial and sustainable – exploring new materials, finishes, and innovations in print
  • Maintain and evolve our print and packaging visual language, ensuring cohesion with brand guidelines across every physical asset
  • Mentor junior designers, freelancers, and external studios – upholding Yepoda’s creative and production standards
  • Keep an eye on global trends and industry innovations in beauty packaging, editorial print, and tactile brand storytelling
