What You Bring On Day One (Required Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in privacy operations or similar experience.
  • Experience consulting with a diverse range of internal customers on various privacy topics (e.g. privacy architecture review, risk review, impact assessment).
  • Knowledge of privacy principles and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Familiar with fundamental computer science concepts.

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Familiar with AWS (EC2, Networking, Security Hub, Inspector, etc.)
  • Familiarity navigating compliance with international standards (e.g. ISO 27001) and/or internal compliance
  • Experience with AI as it relates to Privacy
Responsibilities

This position is a hybrid role, based onsite 3 days a week at our office in Minneapolis, MN.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Collaborate with partner teams to achieve key initiatives by providing privacy expertise.
  • Ensure necessary privacy requirements are well understood and privacy processes are in place while empowering engineers to do their jobs confidently.
  • Assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of privacy measures and recommend enhancements.
  • Evaluate response methodologies to ensure a quick and thorough response to privacy issues.
