Description
Provide guidance and motivation to at least one privacy analyst, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective collaboration across locations. Manage privacy demand by triaging and categorising requests, tracking workloads, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business priorities. Support Privacy by Design and Assurance activities, including conducting privacy impact assessments. Assist HR in responding to Subject Access Requests. Investigate privacy incidents and support related incident management activities. Ensure privacy compliance in supplier management processes and conduct re-assessments of high and medium-risk data processing activities. Maintain centralised records and drive quality assurance for data accuracy. Support regular policy compliance reviews and second-line assurance activities. Assist in negotiating internal and external data protection terms, including supplier and partner agreements. Collaborate with local market privacy contacts to address global assessment requirements. Provide guidance on privacy issues related to global roaming, procurement, AI, big data, and emerging technologies. Promote a strong privacy culture through training and awareness initiatives. Develop and embed privacy notices, templates, and guidance to enhance internal processes and streamline data protection negotiations. Support the Group Privacy team with additional privacy-related activities as needed. Minimum 3 years' experience in privacy and/or legal roles. Strong understanding of global privacy regulations, particularly in technology and telecoms sectors. Skilled in negotiating contracts and data protection clauses. Familiar with compliance management standards and best practices. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a proactive and ethical mindset. Demonstrated ability to analyse complex information and communicate clearly. Experience with tools such as OneTrust and Jira is highly desirable. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
