We’re seeking a candidate with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and strategic alignment, complemented by exceptional analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

In addition, you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Process Analyst/ Business Analyst on large transformation programs
  • Extensive experience with process modelling, process mining, and a deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) best practice
  • Background in SAP upgrades, migrations, and transformations
  • Understanding of finance, corporate and retail functions
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core SAP modules
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP Signavio

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on a mission to simplify and streamline how we operate—and we’re looking for a Senior Process Analyst to lead the way. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner with senior leaders and process stakeholders to elevate our Business Process Management (BPM) maturity and drive real change. As a key contributor to our transformation program, you’ll analyse existing ECC6 business processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and help deliver future-ready solutions in our new S/4HANA environment.

Reporting to the GM Business Process Reengineering, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Process Modelling, Analysis and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business activities and requirements and translate them into detailed process models.
  • ERP Implementation Support: Document and analyse current state processes in SAP ECC6, identify pain points and translate these into actionable system migration strategies.
  • Process Governance & BPM Best Practices: Apply agreed BPM modelling specifications and standards to ensure that process models are robust, scalable, and aligned with SRG requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain feedback.
  • Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery of process modelling tasks including developing user stories.
