This role is central to ensuring timely reporting, strict compliance with internal controls and the accurate delivery of all invoice and reconciliation processes. You'll also be key in managing team performance, driving process improvements and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.   Location: Infomate Head Office, Colombo 01 Shift: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (Onsite)  Job Responsibilities Timely deliver all MIS (Management Information System) related reports. Ensure adherence to compliance and internal controls within the department. Liaise with SBUs regarding all process-related matters. Ensure all invoice processing and credit card reconciliations are delivered accurately within the given SLA. Maintain a healthy CSAT score (Client Satisfaction). Attend to BU (Business Unit) inquiries. Work towards achieving set targets and deadlines. Manage and delegate responsibilities to the team. Drive Team performance and Process Improvements. Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting & finance role. Excellent client handling and negotiation skills. Following or completing a relevant degree program or professional qualification - AAT / CMA / CIMA / ACCA / CA will be an added advantage. Experience in processing customer invoices, supplier invoices, and journal entries. Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
