● Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. ● Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude. ● Apply Six Sigma tools such as DOE and structured problem-solving. ● Bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in process development or improvement. ● Collaborate across functions in technically complex environments. ● Develop equipment and fixtures from concept through to production. ● Communicate effectively and manage time to meet project deadlines. ● Remain open to occasional travel up to 20%. ● Develop and implement innovative process and product solutions. ● Understand DFM, design control, quality systems, and product development (PLCP). ● Apply medical device design and new product development experience. ● Work effectively with contract manufacturers and/or material suppliers.
