Responsibilities

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships within designated territories. This role requires proactive engagement with clients, leveraging technical expertise, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Senior Process Engineer will be expected to work independently, identifying and qualifying opportunities that align with industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting key markets and accounts.
  • Manage and expand the sales pipeline through proactive client engagement and lead generation.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new market opportunities and product applications.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure deals in line with target margins
  • Broaden territory and key customers, requiring travel of approximately 18 weeks per year to meet clients and manage the territory effectively.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of physical separation processes, including gravity and magnetic separation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a streamlined sales process.Coordinate technical discussions, demonstrations, and trials with customers.
