Description

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field Minimum of 4 years of professional engineering experience relevant to this role, or minimum of 3 years of professional engineering experience relevant to this role with an advanced degree Hands-on mechanical aptitude Demonstrated cross functional teamwork in a technically demanding environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Must be able to provide own, reliable transportation to commute effectively between Maple Grove sites (Weaver Lake and Arbor Lakes facilities) Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Materials Science Prior experience in medical device industry or similar highly-regulated industry Demonstrated use of standardized problem-solving or experimental tools Experience developing and characterizing various types of processes Demonstrated understanding and usage of statistics to drive improvements; proficiency in Minitab Ability to schedule out timelines with specific milestones to achieve and demonstrated success Interest in project management or leadership Open to travel (domestic or international) up to 10% of time
