Description
About Cosmo Cabinets Cosmo Cabinets is a fast-growing, U.S.-based manufacturer of modern, full-access frameless and framed kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops serving the multifamily, build-to-rent, and commercial housing markets across the Sun Belt and beyond. We partner directly with leading general contractors, developers, and owners to deliver true turnkey cabinet and countertop packages—from design and engineering through production, logistics, and installation—on large-scale projects where schedule, accuracy, and coordination are critical. Our culture is hands-on, collaborative, and rooted in the realities of construction and building materials, not IT or software, and we are specifically seeking candidates who understand construction job sites, shop drawings, and product lead times. Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Systems and Process Manager to support and optimize day-to-day business operations across systems, engineering, and production workflows. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and seamless coordination between departments. You will serve as the bridge between operations, engineering, and technical systems — ensuring that workflows are scalable, accurate, and aligned with production needs. The position requires a strong understanding of how orders flow from intake through engineering, manufacturing, and final shipment, as well as the ability to connect business processes to underlying system structures. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage order, BOM, and product data within ERP and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the full order lifecycle from intake through production and shipment Develop a deep understanding of business processes across operations, engineering, and manufacturing, including how front-end workflows connect to backend data structures and SQL systems Act as the bridge between engineering, operations, and production by translating engineering outputs (BOMs, SKUs, configurations) into accurate, production-ready system data Ensure accuracy and integrity of Bills of Materials (BOMs), identifying and resolving discrepancies between engineering documentation, ERP data, and production requirements Coordinate and support engineering workflows, including prioritization, issue resolution, and alignment with production timelines Support product configuration and SKU design based on order requirements, engineering constraints, and manufacturing capabilities Maintain and manage part-level and product-level statuses within ERP to ensure accurate planning, tracking, and execution on the production floor Analyze cross-functional workflows to identify inefficiencies and reduce manual effort through process improvements and automation Design and implement scalable process improvements that enhance data flow, system reliability, and operational efficiency Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues by identifying root causes across workflows, data structures, and system interactions Act as a central point of coordination across teams, ensuring alignment between systems, processes, and execution Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall business performance Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, engineering coordination, or a similar role Strong analytical and organizational skills with close attention to detail Experience working with ERP systems and data-driven workflows Proficiency with SQL or the ability to understand and work with backend data structures Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to take ownership of processes and work independently Preferred Experience Experience with 2020 Insight ERP is a huge plus Experience in cabinetry, manufacturing, or a related industry Familiarity with BOM management, product configuration, and engineering workflows Experience with process optimization and automation What Success Looks Like Accurate and reliable data across ERP and internal systems Seamless alignment between engineering, operations, and production Reduced manual workload through improved workflows and automation Proactive identification and resolution of issues before escalation Scalable, efficient processes that support business growth
