The Opportunity: Mach3 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes within our dynamic job-shop environment. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of machining operations, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective, meet rigorous quality standards, and consistently exceed customer expectations.

COST MANAGEMENT:

• Analyze and manage manufacturing costs, seeking opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare cost estimates for new products and process changes, and assist in generating quotations when overflow assistance is required – daily quotation meeting and assignment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sit, stand, and walk throughout the shop floor
• Lift at least 25 pounds infrequently
