At ASM, the journey from scientific breakthrough to semiconductor technology begins with people like you. As a Senior Process Engineer in our Corporate Research & Development team, you’ll take on the challenge of developing next-generation atomic layer deposition (ALD) processes that push the boundaries of what’s possible in device fabrication. You’ll bring bold ideas to life—translating new concepts into integrated process flows, and turning lab-scale feasibility into real-world applications that create value for our internal and external customers.
Based at our Helsinki site, located within the world-class University of Helsinki, you’ll work at the forefront of material science, device physics, and process integration. You’ll collaborate with passionate and highly skilled experts who are eager to learn from you as much as they are to share their knowledge with you. In this role, your ideas and drive will help define the technologies that shape the future of semiconductors.
