JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Process Engineer will lead the design and implementation of industrial wastewater treatment and biogas upgrading solutions. This role involves developing and validating innovative process designs, providing technical documentation during project execution and sales phases, and offering field support for plant start-ups and troubleshooting. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities in knowledge sharing, training delivery, and contributing to R&D initiatives, all while driving the company’s growth in sustainable environmental solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Process Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in industrial wastewater treatment and/or biogas systems.
• Extensive knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and biogas upgrading technologies.
• Proven experience in designing, constructing, and troubleshooting wastewater and/or biogas plants.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
• Affinity for coaching and mentoring team members.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times per year.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
