ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Process Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing water and wastewater infrastructure solutions that directly impact public health and environmental safety. From evaluating aging infrastructure to helping communities manage future growth, you’ll lead projects through every stage—from client discovery and feasibility studies to permitting, construction oversight, and commissioning.
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving technical challenges, mentoring teammates, and building lasting relationships with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct site evaluations and meet with clients to assess needs
• Lead feasibility studies, technical reports, and process calculations
• Coordinate closely with equipment suppliers and design teams
• Prepare engineering plans, bid documents, and cost estimates
• Manage construction-phase services including submittal reviews and site visits
• Provide process startup oversight and contract closeout
• Mentor junior staff and lead internal training efforts
