Looking for a Senior Process Executive with 8+ years experience deep understanding on Mobility, RAN and 5G wireless networks and anywhere in US works for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of mobility technologies: Possesses extensive knowledge of mobile network architecture, protocols (e.g., 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi), and related technologies like managed mobility services.
  • Service Assurance principles: Applies and advocates for best practices in telecom service assurance, including performance monitoring, fault management, and quality of service (QoS) management.
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Acts as a Tier 3 subject matter expert for escalated network and support issues, identifying root causes and developing solutions to problems.
  • Knowledge management: Documents and shares specialized organizational processes, creates and edits processes for consistent task execution, and provides training and support to less experienced engineers.
  • Network design and optimization: Contributes to the design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of complex enterprise networks, utilizing industry best practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborates with various teams, including operations, engineering, and product development, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of mobility solutions.
  • Vendor relationship management: Manages relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of program deliverables and effective incident support activities.
  • Stakeholder communication: Effectively communicates complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences, including customers and management.
  • Training and mentoring: Mentors and coaches junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
  • Technology evaluation and recommendations: Keeps abreast of technology trends, evaluates new technologies, and recommends solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Innovation and strategy: Applies innovative strategies to solve problems and optimize network performance, while also providing consultation and guidance on future enhancements.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in mobile network
